Purchase returns
The term for returning goods of good quality is up to 30 days from the date of receipt of the goods.
The refund of the transferred funds is made to your bank account within 5-30 business days (the period depends on the bank that issued your bank card).
Payment is made under a secure protocol, your funds are safe. We protect your purchases and therefore the payment is kept on the bank account of Sibbay LLC, in case the seller does not fulfill the terms of the transaction, the funds will be returned in full to the buyer, and the seller who sold the goods to you will bear the shipping cost.
When replacing the goods, the seller will ensure the collection of his goods and the delivery of a new one.
